[PC] PvZ GW 2 Missing Character Upgrades for Mastered Characters

Are you missing levels, XP, or upgrades after matches or after you log into the game?
Have you been playing consistently when this happened, or did you stop playing and then jump back in?
Playing consistently with no missing levels or XP, but it happened when I was moving around upgrades. I am just missing the upgrade here are screenshots.
do you need anything else?
It happened to me again, but slightly different instead of just straight losing an upgrade a second speed upgrade for Chomper replaced the health regen delay upgrade. Game PVZ GW2 platform PC off steam happens all the time on 8/3/2024. This issue appears to have existed for quite a while and is extremely aggravating.
this one fixed itself idk how, but the other one for my imp z7 is still a problem
