It happens often in the evenings when alot of people are playing. If I rememebr its the North American region. Is therr a way to change what region you are set to?
From what I know, you can change your location when you open up the portal menu. There should be an instruction around the bottom of the screen. Attached is an image for the instruction though it is for the PS4 console version though I still think the PC will probably have sometime similar to it. However, changing regions will likely decrease the game's performance online due to factors such as lag.
