I have an issue with the game too.

I have a I5-2500k

GTX670 and a ssd on my rig

Initially, when i launched the game, i noticed it was lagging as if my system can't support the game.

When i got to the main page, i clicked on my mouse/press enter, the game don't seems to response.

I have to spam keys on my keyboard before getting connection to EA server. And guess what?

I can't connect to the server and it took like mins for the "ok" to work so that it can bring you back to the main screen.

I don't think it's my system that is causing the problem. And i tried uninstalling and installing the game, it just doesn't work.

If this **bleep** doesn't work, i would like to request for a full refund

Are you running a FPS counter?

yes. let me try and disable it and see how it goes.
