Plants Suck
Yeah, I feel better in my heart now I've expressed my opinion about this side. It isn't even one class that sucks, it's all of them. Fix Rose Buff Sunflower Fix Chomper Buff Cactus Buff Peashoo...

Why do you only ever play zombies then? Electro Brainz and Imps specifically.
If you think teams are balanced then you don't know the meaning of the word Chiko.
Sorry, I'll ask for your permission next time? 😉
Interesting points, but the issue is not everyone can instantly change classes, and I don't really agree with the fact Peashooter creams both classes. It can from range if they don't see you, otherwise you're dead. This also leaves most of the plants team vulnerable, that's the issue here.
How many plant classes can completely destroy the majority of the zombie side? There is Corn, but whenever I'm on the zombies it doesn't matter what class I play, I can still beat most players 1v1. Plant classes should be able to do the same.
Turbo Twister does upwards of 200 damage, is AOE and prevents damage whilst sucking you in. Does any plant have an ability even close to this damage or power? It's the damage mitigation the Mech, Pirates and Super Brainz all have in common that make the game so bloody imbalanced. If plants had abilities that had a similar effect then it would be fair.
Citron has a shield, which doesn't last and only blocks damage. Rose has mitigation but it's more of an escape tool and due to her low health she can't capture anything. Peashooter and Sunflower have a bit of mitigation of like 33% when they're rooted, it's difficult for Sunflower to keep alive let alone get into a capture point and root, when her role is to heal. Gravity Grenade breaks all of these damage mitigations whilst lifting them in the air blocking abilities. One class shouldn't be able to decimate all, zombies have a few of those. To balance this, plants would need to have an equal amount, and that would only create balance, not this one sided BS we are playing right now.
When you're playing Sunflower and Peashooter, you don't say to yourself, "I must get to the capture point and then root in place to have a chance of survival." That root ability is a defensive ability, when plants need damage mitigation on the offensive players like Citron. All I'm saying is even if you do all these, a Pirate will jump into his Barrel and blow you to pieces, Super Llama will Turbo Twist or electro arc all of you at once, and if that is bad enough Imp will Gravity Grenade you, break all your roots and move your location making it impossible to capture anything. Failing all of the above, you have Scientist variants that can almost insta kill 3-4 players with ease, and you have another broken class that has a unlimited amount of firepower on his primary that blocks out abilities! I cannot agree with anyone saying a few tweaks will balance this.
I'm still at the opinion that plant team are fine expect for some tiny "quality of life" buff (although chomper clearly need some bigger buff) and that the problem lies at zombie team being simply OP for the most part.
I'd say Sunflower need a healing flower that is not shot down in the 0.5 seconds. Scientist get a LOT of options that you can switch depending on the type of game you're in. And yet how many times you're just next to one with 10 health, waiting to be healed and never happen because he's too busy on his killing spree. That also happens with Sunflower but i think it's people who doesn't know how it works (i hope)
Also as plants you really don't have ways to "stun" the zombies. Only IEM Peach right ? They have Imp grenade/ Engineer sonic grenade and a bit with hammerjack/ All star tackle even the imp that you can't really escape/ SuperCheat twist.
Plants have nothing to stop -without killing- Pirates on canon rodeo or Engineer on blaster. Chomper you say ? On Herbal Assault even if you're lucky enought to get in zone and eat a canon/blaster, you're dead (slooooow eating chomp). Zombies can easily unroot a pea/sunflower, not to mention kill everything in their way. The other day i was on pea gatling and got killed by ZPG, i was surprised this doesn't happen a lot in this game !
As said so many time, Mecas shoudn't be able to capture zones and take gnome bombs. When you have to defend and 2-3 Mecs coming your way. Never felt that helpless in GW1...
Cactus feels so slow when sniping unlike Pirates. No splash damages. Never saw a cactus with most eliminations but so many Pirates. Seems fair huh
So many things already said better than i would have but yes, plants are too weak !
