Yeah, I feel better in my heart now I've expressed my opinion about this side.It isn't even one class that sucks, it's all of them.Fix RoseBuff SunflowerFix ChomperBuff CactusBuff PeashooterBuff CitronCorn might just be reasonable.Even IF you did all this, zombies would still stomp all over them.To all you zombie lovers and trolls, I'd love to see you play the above classes and win boasts with them. I've seen Sunflower/Citron win boasts 2-3 times in over 200 games.Perfect balance? Nope.

@EA_AndyThanks for your reply, I thought I'd take a day or two away from the forums because I wouldn't be able to handle the negativity from players on the first or second day, now that I have a clear mind and I've dominated with the zombies for another two days I can comment fairly.I have just levelled my Electro Hero from Level 1, to Master in just over an hour. Please can can someone explain to me how that class is balanced? Now what surprises me is that the thing I was shooting at was dying second, it was everything else around it that was dying first.Rose, the damage output on this class for Ice/Fire requiring charged shots, slowing down the character is just too weak. The ONLY times I've ever lost to someone playing Rose is if they are with 3-4 players, all gunning me down and I'm a Goat. Even as a Goat, if I don't mess up the keys I'm able to escape and return for the kill. Charged shots do too little damage for the time they take, and if you're comparing it like for like with Engineer then why do they hit over 40 per shot with some classes that fire almost 5 times quicker than Rose?Sunflowers, for the most part are all ranged, they have no splash, no shotgun, and no burst. They're a pure healing class, and I can heal quicker and faster with any Scientist with the heal station/mega heal bomb combo. Scientist got heal beam, so why didn't Sunflower get some power? Or a variation of a weapon, or even a variation that gives a close range weapon.Peashooters, one of my favourites from GW, but in this they seem so weak against high health zombies. I used Hyper to dance around enemies and kill them, but it doesn't last long enough to kill anything because you need to hit an All Star or Hero with 8 direct hits just to kill them, sure that's possible at range but these maps don't allow for this and if you have no hyper then you might as well turn yellow and transform into a rubber duck. The health is just too low, the damage is also low...it feels like it has half the health of Hero / All Star, and does less damage than Engineer and Scientist.Previously peashooter could Hyper up high and shoot down for a while, survive and hold their own, but now Pirate and Hero are about to ruin that, they are no longer able to safely setup Gatling and hold their own, so for me and a lot of players they don't even use Gatling anymore. It seems to only be effective indoors, when choking out the zombies...so I feel like this should perhaps give the Peashooter higher armour whilst in the Gatling, and perhaps do a little less damage to compensate. Give Peashooter the ability to jump high all the time like Hero, make it fair!Scientist is suppose to be a healer, and Engineer is suppose to be support but both are incredible at killing. I can appreciate Pea has Chili bombs and Gatling but, You've given zombies so much power, to me Peashooter could do with a bit more health, maybe 150-200, or at least a variant that gives this much...Cactus, I know you've pretty much matched Pirate with Cactus, but Tallnuts seem so redundant now, I mean I see a few scattered around but they do absolutely nothing? If you're an attacking cactus, there should be some new ability that can be replaced with Tallnuts. Also pirate has dual weapon capabilities with close range shotgun and long range sniper, why can't cactus have this too? I understand Camo cactus can hit high, but Cactus are just easy pickings for anyone who is close to them, all they do is run, drop mines, put Tallnuts and hope for a lucky shot. Pirates stand their ground and fight.Chomper, my favourite class by far purely because it doesn't matter how much health a zombie has, or how crazy OP they can kill anything, with skill and sneakiness you can outsmart and trick them and gobble them, which is fine. But you've completely ruined the goop splash and even when I'm hitting someone with it, it seems to be going straight through them. I'm having success hitting floor but that only works when I'm close to them, you've done something to it and it needs fixing. The burrow camera ice skating scenario also needs fixing, it gets you killed more than anything.Chomp Cannon, it was a great idea and I'm sure every Chomper will agree that the idea is great. But it only does 100 damage, you're not going to kill anyone standing on a roof, Soldiers have 125 and Hero has 200, you might be lucky enough to kill a Scientist who has skilfully manuvoured his way up high but the purpose of this was to kill the camp snipers. It can't kill a pirate either? ZPG hits for 200 or 250 and is enough to one shot everything, so if you're replacing Chompers best ability with a range ability that kills nothing, it's useless? Maybe increase it to 150 or even 200 because if someone is stood still on a roof, they got to go.Citron, I can appreciate some of the variants that are quite okay, Orange/Ice, but the Iron Citron is so slow, hits for 50 but nobody is ever going to use that?! I noticed something, seems like every class has 200% armour when they're around 15% health, which means the Iron Citron was incapable of killing anything with one shot at 50 health, depending on their health percentage, instead of hitting someone for 50, it would hit for 25 despite being a direct hit. Overall Citron seems alright as well, if you give it a variant with shotgun capabilities or close range action because many a time I've killed one and when you're next to one they have no answer.EMPeach, this is suppose to be the mech killer, this should stun the Mech for a little longer because right now it feels like they're not even stunned at all. @Rhendyr I'll take this piece by piece, since you think you have the supreme opinion over here, and make it so that everyone elses opinions are invalid. Your amount of play doesn't matter. You stated an opinion that wasn't true. Stating it is an uninformed opinion was a nice way of saying your opinion is wrong. A stock Scientist and stock Sunflower both do 40 DPS. Sure, the flower will miss, and the Scientist may miss also. If a Sunflower misses, he misses out on 9 dmg, if the Scientist misses, he misses out on 30 dmg. First of all, how the HELL can an opinion be untrue? It's my opinion. Never once did I state that it was fact, nor did I claim it to be the almighty opinion. I'm not pulling an opinion out of my *; I am stating experiences I have seen in a game that is currently favored to one side more than the other. I made valid points about the scientist as a class, and compared it to his counterpart on the plant side. It all goes back to my main point of my original comment in this thread: "Zombie side is too SAFE." Amount of play doesn't matter? Quite contrary. My 90+ hours on GW1, and my 150+ hours on GW2 (plus whatever amount of time I played beta) say otherwise. Not only am I skilled with the old character classes and know their play style, I am also more exposed to various variants as well as new characters that other people aren't quite as adept at playing yet/don't know how to counter play. So I've debunked your own "uninformed opinion." On top of that, the DPS is not 40/character. They are not equal by any sense of the imagination. MAX DPS for a Scientist at close range is 99.5. MAX DPS for a Sunflower is 62.2 at close range. These values are 30 HP difference. Either way, there is a lot more value in playing a character optimized to delete characters quickly rather than whittling away at their health. Plants have a LOT more CC than just Rose. Other than her Time Snare and Goatify, there's, Goop, Spikeweed, Spin Dash, EM Peach to name a few. Zombies have what? Turbo Twister, Sonic Grenade and Gravity Grenade. That's at least 2:1 CC. Just the Plants players seem to not use theirs as effectively. That's not taking team play into account, that's just saying the individual people who play plants for some reason tend to not use their CC as often or as effectively. While I agree that plants have CC at their disposal, I completely disagree that people are not using it effectively. You are now taking using the "unskilled" argument to blame players for their losses regardless of the balance in the game. I'm also considering that Time Snare & Goatify just got a nerf at the beginning of this patch, and are not nearly as useful as they were previously. On top of that, Spikeweed is a single target ability, and Goop requires serious precision and nearly always requires some form of follow-up to be useful, altogether on a class that is kind of lackluster with the current "meta" of PvZGW2. Zombies make up for their lack of Hard CC with other forms of CC. Imp has Gravity Grenade, and in mech form he usually has some form of knockup/knockback/slight stun. Super Brainz has 2 forms of CC - a knockback with his Heroic Kick and a heavy slow with his Turbo Twister. Foot Soldiers have a blind/vision impairment with their stink cloud. Engineers still have their stun with the sonic grenade. And All-Star has a knockback as well. Now that I took the time to actually look at all the CC, I'm seeing about a similar amount for each side. Another "uninformed opinion" debunked. But, touching on teams, the Plants do have more abilities that seem to lean towards defense, so it would benefit them more to stick together. I know the majority of the times that I win on Plants (to be fair, I tend to be on the winning side regardless of which side it is) I tend to stick with other plants as the Sunflower, Chomper and Pea and tend to do really well in that regard. *shrugs*. Part of being good is being aware of your team composition, the enemy team comp. and knowing what is needed to be done or used to win. Ignoring those factors and just saying "We should be able to win by playing however the hell we want!" is, well, silly and is setting whatever side you are on up for failure. =/ This is where your argument completely derails itself. Plants do lean towards defense, yes, but with all the CC listed above, it is to their imminent demise that they group up and get gravity grenaded > imp punt > ultra tackled, or worse off, gravity grenaded > killed by Electro Brainz because the imbalance in his ranged attack is unreal. But what you are arguing at this point is that "We should be able to win by playing however the hell we want!" is exactly what the zombies are currently doing. They are winning in full-team pushes. They're also winning in solo kills or skirmishes. Scientists are running in and killing people 1v3 with shotgun-like spray (and I've done it before as well). Super Brainz are throwing their bodies at people and getting kills just by being a massive tank and wiping out teams with Turbo Twister. And god forbid you group up and an Imp catches 3-4 of your teammates in a gravity grenade, because at that point you should say goodbye to whatever objective you were trying to protect. My point is, I think it's sad that this game forces you to favor one side in order to win some games. I literally just completed my Epic Suburbanation quest, and it required me to basically play on Zombie side every time (not to mention, not once did it switch me to plant side). And the only times I have seen plants actually win in a turf takeover is when they outnumber the zombie team 2:1.

1. rose- balance is very good.- do not need additional balancing- rose is not useless. She is just support class member like engineer. rose is powerful than engineer.- If you want healing power pick the sunflower- Support characters aren't suppose to have a lot of health- Support characters aren't suppose to outgun other classes without the help of their teammates, that's why they are called support characters 2. zen cactus- very nerfed!- zen cactus need more damage or splash damage and drone's damage. zen cactus is weaker than pirate sharkbite- zen cactus hard to kill imp.- cactus's drone is weaker than pirate's parrot.(parrot is small, agile, more health, and powerful airstrike)- pirate has shotgun+long range gun, but cactus only has long range gun. 3. Plants team is weak.(specially turk takeover + herbal assault offense)- zen cactus need more damage or splash damage. zen cactus is weaker than pirate sharkbite.- cactus's drone is weaker than pirate's parrot. (parrot is small, agile, more health, and powerful airstrike)- sunflower need more fire rate and zoom.- citron's primary weapon need more damage or more fire rate.- pirate has shotgun+long range gun, but cactus only has long range gun.- pirate >(stronger than) cactus- scientist (healer + death machine) > sunflower (healer + supporter)- super brains (short + long range attack) > chomper(only short range attack)- Plants team is weak, but rose do not need additional balancing.(rose balance is very good) 4. imp- balance is not good.- imp mech is dominate the game!- zen cactus hard to kill imp. (zen cactus need more damage or splash damage and drone's damage.)- imp's health should be 60!

A lot of people have mentioned it but plants need more power up close....a shotgun class if you want to call it that...It's hard to assault a garden when all your choices are long and medium range fighters...when you close the distance a lot of the time plants get shredded...

I don't get comments like the one above, we all play plants AND zombies. Maybe there are a few of you out there that switch teams every time to be on your preferred faction but for the most part everyone here plays on both plants and zombies as the game switches you each match if the lobby stays full.

Don't waste you time everyone the plants players of this forum know exactly what's going on, no one going to listen, just funny how the zombies not long ago were all crying as Rose was beating down on them, we all agreed in a good spirit something needed to happen to rose. But now we have the very weak plants and highlighting the issue the zombies users are all fighting now to keep there over powered characters.
I had a go on the toxic pea last night to try level up to elite, decided garden opps was the way to go, every direct hit to a zombie flashed up 35 health kill and it was a realy good pea to use, used the same character in turf take over and my direct hits only add up to 10-20 health Max, how can this be so different so to try and wipe out supper brains with 200 health it will take about 20 shots that will take over 15 seconds to do.

I've realised now the zombies users are going to fight this issue and try and say there is no issue, because there on a win situation.
Also to those who say you need team tactics, well this is a family game for all ages, players don't know who is on there team or what level, what age and what skill level people are at. So this stupid idea we all should all play tactics pointless, if there are groups of friends joining up and useing this method it can not be stopped, all people will do is leave the game if there see a very unbiased game play happening.
As I have said now when I have to play zombies I will allow my self to be killed at least then I know doing this l is helping out a fellow plant users to level up and get money. Ok it's not good the for the game but nor is the current situation that is being written on this forum every day.

Cooperating with a team can be as simple as "lets hit left side" or "hey, a mech is coming from the right." A call-out can save a life many times over. I often end up grouped with Kids and find them very capable of strategic play and often outplaying me.

Sorry to say this but plants are actually not extremely weak you know. I've played both plants and zombies for a while now, it depends on other factors like teamwork and skills from your team.

That's simple to answer - you missed 🙂 The 10 damage is direct splash damage, higher than that is a hit, higher than that is a critical, which I believe is around 37 max. with the damage upgrade. He is a very good pea to use btw. The splash damage and DoT at choke points really helps thin the herd.

The zombies are overpowered compared to the plants
Scientist: I think his spread needs to be smaller I would say something similar to the size of a direct shot with a pea or just a shade larger or lower his rate of fire slightly
Electro Super Brainz: The jump radius of his shot needs to be lowered
Imp: Is fine maybe a little less health for the mec
everyone else in my opinion is fine
Plants need something for close range encounters, all the plants seem to be focused on medium to long range. Just before people start telling me I hate the zombies blah blah I actually want to be able to play with either plants or zombies and feel like I have a fighting chance and yes Rose is fine the way she is as of right now.

Rose COULD be fine if they'd apply the nerf listened on the patch note.
I was the first happy person to see the patch note and i thought: yeah i guess she's fine.
Instead no.

In top of all, her homing doesnt work on low to medium range now when enemy is moving fast, this is probably a bug that need to be fixed quickly or one of those "sneaky ninja nerfs let's stop to see people on this community make tons fo QQs"

Ok. They nerfed the range of tracking the homing system. This is perfectly fine consider she's very strong on close range with his two CCs, and give her map/suppression/sniping potential wasnt intended. This is fine.

No. Actually doesnt work in low to medium range when the enemy is walking fast even if i take the track enemy body on the whole "projectile-travel time" which is IMPOSSIBLE unless you cheat or have godlike mechanics.
If this homing is bugged and cant be fixed just remove it straightly and make her shoot normals bullets and if i suck at aiming i have no one to complaint. Because actually is not even bad, just frustrating to play.
