Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 Crash

I wrote a big long reply... but then deleted it because after rereading your OP I get the impression this game worked fine for you previously before an update right?
If yes:
Go to your Documents folder and find your PvZ:GW2 folder.
Rename it or delete it.
Now launch the game.
What this will do is default all your settings to default. It won't wipe your progress or anything like that.

If it has never worked... please post your DXDiag like Gorath suggested.
My first guess would be GPU drivers. Doesn't matter if other games work and they are the latest version; it could still be the issue.
If you suspect them I suggest uninstalling from Control Panel first. Followed by Restart into Safe Mode and running Display Driver Uninstaller. Restarting back to normal and installing the latest package again.

If you don't uninstall from Control Panel first, you may get a BSOD when restarting from Safe Mode. To fix it, go back to Safe Mode, go to Device Manager and remove all Display Adapter, now restart to normal.
Youre probably having the crash Im tracking. We are looking to fix that crash which is on the other threads

- Hi I think this was the closest post I could find but still no answer for a solution, I have pvz gw2 on xbox one, yesterday their was a mistake with a community barometer appearing since has been removed, I've been having no end of issues since, being thrown out on to xbox home page repeatedly from solo or multiplayer or the latest town hall challenge,... The screen freezes sound goes weird and crashes, I've cleared blue ray caches rebooted and nothings working.

@cookiedough79 Sorry for the late reply, it sounds like you are having device issues. Can I ask if you have tried any other troubleshooting steps to fix the issue?
