Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 Crash

Hi I think this was the closest post I could find but still no answer for a solution, I have pvz gw2 on xbox one, yesterday their was a mistake with a community barometer appearing since has been removed, I've been having no end of issues since, being thrown out on to xbox home page repeatedly from solo or multiplayer or the latest town hall challenge,... The screen freezes sound goes weird and crashes, I've cleared blue ray caches rebooted and nothings working.

@cookiedough79 Sorry for the late reply, it sounds like you are having device issues. Can I ask if you have tried any other troubleshooting steps to fix the issue?
- Hi yes I have tried all trouble shooters, Uninstalling game, power switch clearing data ect, it was at first only when doing any game type in frosty Creek, now it's doing it randomly,
Oh yes and I've cleared blue ray as that worked before,this time nothings working, but only on this game
It started when they accidently put a community challenge in the sane time as the town hall event I realised something was wrong when the barometer was stuck 40/50 so I looked this forum up when a few said it was a mistake, I thought ok once it's removed it might stop crashing, but nope it's still crashing- EA_Darko
