plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 deluxe upgrade not working

Hello, I know that this issue has been around since the beginning, but I had recently bought the deluxe upgrade for xbox one and I'm not receiving the deluxe content. I have checked the mail many times, I've tried to uninstall the deluxe upgrade and then install it back in multiple times and check the mail afterwards but I'm still not getting my deluxe content.

Can anyone help me out with this? I don't know what to do and I'm starting to feel like I got ripped off.
