plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 sticker shop keeps loading

Question

i purchased a lot of dlc packs for PVZ GW2.&nbsp; I have a kids account linked to my ea account.&nbsp; When my son plays the game it shows 50 gifts available in the sticker shop, when he tries to open them it gets stuck at stocking sticker shop and he can no longer do anything until we reset the game.&nbsp; we are on an xbox

That's odd. Do you have another account (an adult account this time) that you could use and try to access the store? This is to rule out if the issue is linked to one account in particular or not.

Yes my account is the primary one and I was able to open all of them with no problems.
