We are having the same issue on both of our 360's. Hopefully something will be done soon to fix this.
People are aware of the issue and working to fix it
I keep reading that EA is aware of the problem and working on it but they might want to let people know what the issue is and when they plan to fix it i have been working on this download since 7pm March 25th with no success. i spent 5-6 hours online with Ea and xbox support last night and noone can seem to figure out what to do. My son is heart broken that his birthday present will not work and i am getting angry i spent money on a game that can only be played online and my son can not play any part of it because it wont run at all because it needs the update first.
A friend of my sons has the game and got it when it came out , theirs was working great until the new update and now even theirs is not working properly .It kicks them out of certain areas wont let them play in anything but one area at times .
Obviously an issue with the update so i am sure we would all appreciate it if EA would fix the issue as soon as possible and compensate people for the inconvienience of paying good money for a game they can not play.
I seem to be not the only one that gave it to their child for birthday and has a very upset child .Not the best way to keep customer satisfaction , i know my son was telling all his firends this morning how he was disappointed with this game and the fact it wont work.
The issue is indeed only occuring since last night. Again, really sorry that you are not able to play, as like I said it started happening last night. He will be able to play soon I hope
