Try closing Origin completely.
Run Origin as Administrator.

Tempoariliy disable any AntiVirus // Firewalls. Windows firewall is fine.

Reset Host file

Flush DNS cache

Clear Origin Cache :: Origin must be closed fully
Delete the Hidden Origin folders:
-- Origin folder in C:\ProgramData\
-- Origin folder in C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\
-- Origin folder in C:\Users\ <USER> \AppData\Roaming\
Alternatively:
Uninstall Origin, reinstall Origin. This does not uninstall games that are already installed, only Origin.
