Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfared

I get a pop up screen that tells me my NVIDIA player is not compatiable with this game. That I needed DirectX10 which I down loaded but the game still will not play. What can I do?  If  I am not satisfied I wish to get my money back. I know my computer works because I also down loaded several hard copies but I think down loading over the internet the game loses some content. Please help!

DirectX is both a software and a hardware standard.  Dx10 has been around so long that hardly anyone is likely to still have the old Dx9 kind, unless they (you) have a real dinosaur of an old machine.  nVIDIA GPUs have been Dx10 capable for seven years, at least.  What is your video card?
