Plants vs Zombies Gw2 - Connection to EA servers timed out

Brand new CD installed Plants VS Zombies GW2 cannot connect to server, always stating timed out.  Tried 50  times no luck.  Xbox One S.

My internet connections perfectly fine.

Help please.  Thank you.

    I’m getting this problem too. How can servers be down this long? I can’t find any solutions anywhere.

    @schoq74 Servers are working fine, have you ran through the troubleshooting steps linked above?

    I’ve done so many things I’m baffled. I’m on an email discussion with an ea specialist named Alina. Last thing I did was make sure UPnP is enabled on my router, which it is. Onto the next thing Alina says to do. Thanks for replying to my comment.

    @schoq74 I looked at your account, can you run a full UO trace so that I can take a look at how your connection is being routed.

    I just had this problem on PS4. To fix it:
    - settings
    - account management
    - sign out

    sign back in then go open the game you want to play and see if that works.

    If not the worst case scenario that has worked for me is to delete the user profile off the PS4 (doesn’t delete online game play, deletes things like story mode, offline content, pictures...). I had to do this because I closed a game while it was loading on accident.
