Plants vs zombies GW2 deluxe xbox1

How do you access the deluxe features for xbox1?

    Entered code on live Xbox. Can play game, but I can not access the extra features I paid for. Went to vending machine for stickers. Not there. Went to the mail box, not there. Is anyone there?

I am having the same problem.
I put in the code and there was nothing in my mailbox. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the games. I've looked in the hub and store for DLC and nothing. I look in the manage games section too. Idk what to do..

Finally found out why Im having problems with this.. The bonus stuff is there just under a different account...  I want it for my kid not me.. Cmon!
