plants vs zombies GW2 from xbox1 to ps4

Hi all I have just got a PS4 pro and gor the GW2 game, how can I carry on to play from my saved game on XBOX one, I tried using same user but all that happens is game started from scratch and couldn...

@nanigirl2008 Sorry to say but it is not possible to transfer progress from one platform to another.
