Plants vs Zombies Heroes. Can't get old data back.

I've downloaded Plants vs Zombies Heroes again after 10 months not playing the game. But when I login with my EA account or Google play account I am not getting any data back from 1 year ago.

I am using the same account, and even made purchases on this particular account, so i don't know what I'm doing wrong?
