I downloaded pvz heros and it was downloading. It finished and it put the loading sign in the corner but after that I was stuck on the screen with Green Shadow and Super Brainz.I tried it a few more times and still nothing. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but still I was stuck. Them I tried to restart my IPad Mini and still nothing. Anyway to fix this?
Please force close the app and restart it several times as it sometimes helps. Please also double-check that you are not logged into an alternative account.

This happens to me all the time on my iPhone, so here's what I do. After the "Downloading..." message disappears and the title screen just sits there, I press my iPhone's button to put the game in the bakground, then I tap the icon to open it up again and I'm in. Slightly annoying but works everytime.
This has worked 9/10 times for me. Super easy fix, no need to restart the app.
