Plants vs. Zombies Neighborville Crash report

Attempted to download this game, when I did and while attempting to open game to play got an error message that stated "The application has encountered an unexpected error" with the following link labeled in it     C:\ProgramData\eaanticheat\Crashdumps\PACKER_12304515_11368.dmp

Spoke with EA support member who gave me directions to uninstalled and reinstalled the EA anti-cheat software, and also installing something from DirectX (icon is called dxwebsetup) followed by attempting to repair the file/game.

Both repair options failed and I still am getting the same error message from crash report handler.
