Plants Vs Zombies not running on Windows 10 x64 bit why? HELP

I bought Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 Deluxe From the EA WEBSITE! I downloaded the EA Gaming Platform for Windows, then downloaded the game from there! 24GB Size! And then here comes the problem!

I click PLAY  and the game won't open!!!!! a window pops up that says " THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR GAME CONFIGURATION. PLEASE, TRY TO INSTALL IT AGAIN.
