Plant's vs zombies unable to load - EA APP

---------------------------Error reading user file---------------------------Failed to open file---------------------------OK &nbsp;&nbsp;---------------------------I get an error and ever since then I couldn't open pvz1, is there any way anyone could help me?

I've followed videos to delete the folder, i even deleted everything then repaired.
