plants vs zombies window mode

Hi.. I have problem with Plants vs Zombies on Origin on my PC.

I played it with full screen mode and I tried it with window mode yesterday.

After that I cannot return to full screen mode with error window like an attached "fatal error".

It is big problem to me. my screen resolution is 2560x1600. It is too small window mode.

I need to back to full screen mode. I never tried window mode before. This is first time..

Please let it back. thanx and Merry Christmas.

    That's the problem. Most AAA games use entries in the registry to function. (PvZ being one of them). A virus that you must've gotten cleared all the data in there. Without that data the game will freak out. Your best bet, is to delete the folder "PopCap\PlantsVsZombies" from your registry and re-install the game. If this works please give me XP, and let me know. 😉

    I didnt tell you about wot I did.

    I tried tick full screen on option but it dosent work with "Fatal error"

    and I deleted game and reinstalled.

    but anything didnt work.

    Hi @imichaelll,

    Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PopCap\PlantsVsZombies\

    You'll see a line called Window Mode + a string of number + (0)

    Change the (0) into ⚽

    This should allow you to launch the game in Fullscreen again.

    Let us know if it worked.

    There's nothing in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PopCap\PlantsVsZombies, is no key where to change the fullscreen value.... I really need to play in full window because windowed mode is to small ☹️
