plvz goty crashes upon launch

Question

They title says it all, whenever I am trying to launch the game it either crashes at the popcap logo or after the music starts. I own it on steam and I didn't have this issue when I was playing on my laptop. I will attach a screenshot of the crash report

I am facing the same issue.i am unable to attach the .dmp file, please provide an email id and i can send it.i have attached the screenshoti own the deluxe edition. need better support or need refund if issue cannot be solved.
