I'd say it's a tossup. I was very inexperienced when Sasquatch visited, so that seemed really hard, though I did win once. I still don't have scientist's hat from Spooky Squash, so I I'm going to go with that one.
I thought Spooky Squash was the hardest one so far, although considering how I much more skilled I am now, particularly with Toxic Brainz, I think I could probably handle it...but it would still be difficult. The problem was it took too long for players to understand the key objectives and there were too many objectives in order to get to power up damage to annihilate the Spooky Squash. I spent a lot of time playing Spooky Squash and it's the only one I've never at least won and received some kind of a hat. It burns me to this day. I am waiting for it to return and before hand I plan on pulling a Rocky Balboa and train for the Siberian Squash...

I'm looking forward to it with having gained quite a bit of skill as the chemist. I reckon I can anchor those points pretty darned well now.

Spooky Squash and the recent Yeti King ones for sure. Squash was a bit too random when you had to stay in those circles and the squash would come up after you, and just getting people to comprehend the concept was rough. The constant freezing and the often vast distance between the king's fool and the yeti king made the yeti king a nightmare.
The sasquatch boss was tough but fairly simple once you understood the gardens and burgers and brothers gnomus was far and away the easiest.

Just a quick pointer from someone who anchored as a Scientist during the Tale of the Spooky Squash; while the Chemist remains one of my favorite Scientists the unfortunate fact is that his range is too short to serve as an Anchoring Zombie in that particular Boss Hunt. I know this because I gave him a try and while in the Anchoring area I found that the Chemist was a sitting duck if the Plant Heroes kept their distance, which they often did- if they remained near the roof edge across fro the Tombstone they were just out of reach of the Chemical Beaker Blaster's range.
My advice would be to make certain to choose a Scientist with a bit more range if you intend to be an Anchor in that Boss Hunt when it replays.

*nods* I used the Astronaut for this one. His range and decent clip size was very useful here. I also use the mega heal ball almost all the time which is nice for this one too. I didn't use the heal station as I've switched mostly to the heal beam now but the station has obvious utility here on the anchor points although less useful once off the anchor areas.
