pre-order from amazon

I had pre-ordered plants vs. zombies through Amazon and it said that I would have access to a grass Imp and Z7 mech along with an emoji pack, but I am not finding a way to access these items.

    @mrbones75 - in that case you'll need to speak with one of our game advisers to see if there's anything they can do to assist.

    To contact an adviser please follow the steps below: 

    1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly select in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
    2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
    3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
    4. Select 'Contact Us' at the bottom right on the new page
    5. Select your platform and then 'Next' 
    6. Select topic from the drop down menus, type in a short description of your issue and select 'Next'.
    7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

    Hey @mrbones75

    Which console are you playing on? Were you able to redeem the code successfully?

    Please take a look at this post which explains where the items are once in game.

    For PC, only came with one code and I was able to redeem it just fine and get into the game, but none of the extra stuff that said was supposed to be included, and my wife is having the same problem.

    I do not have that mail in my mailbox, just the weekly unlocked characters, importing characters and the rank reward

    EA_Andy. I followed your advise in the above post. The EA customer service lady said that I should contact Amazon.com about this issue. She said the codes do not come INSIDE the game case. I will send an email to Amazon about this, but I don't know how they are going to help. Can you please confirm that this course of action is correct? It seems to me that if I can prove I pre-ordered to EA, they should be able to send me a code for the content.

    We had the same issue with amazon.com for all 3 copies of the game we pre-ordered through them.  I highly recommend speaking with a customer service rep at Amazon either by phone or live chat.  It took me 3 or 4 rounds with customer support to finally get a code for the bonus items.  My husband got one of his codes after his first email.  The other code, amazon refused to issue, stating that they "aren't able to give them out" and we had to use EA customer support to attempt to get the items.  All three copies we ordered from Amazon were the PC "physical copy" that were mailed to our hose with a case and a code to download the game.

    @theroundhead - Amazon should be able to help you as they should have sent you a code if you pre-ordered. 

    Can you let me know if you have any trouble getting a code from them?
