I'm becoming more and more frustrated and disappointed with this game and the lack of updates. I'm feeling sad to say this, but I'm going to be moving on from this game soon, if I haven't already. (Haven't played in a while now.) The multiplayer is so unbalanced that it's not fun. I love playing Garden Ops, but it seems the rewards were ninja-nerfed and many of the character variants simply aren't worth using, as it takes so long to level them up. So I think it's farewell.

For me and the mrs we both play this game way too much and we are feeling the strain. Something like 150hrs played. She likes doing the challenges and I like the multiplayer. Its early days yet so there should hopefully (minus my crystal ball) be more content in the future. There are lots of good and some other great games to play out there. Take a break and come on back to see if there is any thing to take your fancy in the future. I look forward to various improvements to the game online and 'off line.' For now I'm pretty happy but if the game remained in its current state for two years then I'd be a bit disappointed for sure.

Don't rely on "possible" future content to convince yourself that you care about a game that disappointed you. I understand how you feel, and I'm sure there are hundreds, well dozens, of players who share the same ideas. They surely take it slow this time...

Same here to my self and my boy have not played in over a week, when we did played multiplayer as plants and gave up 3 games later just no fun and honestly bored, so tried solo crazy mode to level up my toxic pea and got bored with that, can not see us playing this much more sadly.

It's the lack of updates which annoys me as well and I'm not talking about just with balance. I'm talking about letting your consumers know that the game they spent their hard earned money is actually have the bugs being addressed. Atm you are doing the worse thing possible and that is staying silent on what's happening.
A simple "we are aware of these current issues and doing our best to resolve them" would make a world of difference, because atm, people are wondering if things will ever be fixed.
I'm not going to stop playing this game soon, but my play time will drop once Dark Souls 3 is out and you still haven't fixed these core issues like the constant crashes, freezing in IT, not being able to get Party Rose, the hit detection and the long loading time with the black screen.
You keep saying if you invest the time in us we will reward you, prove it and fix this *.

I think what makes things worse, is they won't tell us anything. It's become quite clear that a large portion of initial players (I'd estimate over 50%) have moved on to other games for good, and more, like myself, Zaheen, and several other devoted and loyal players, will follow that trend. At least by reaching out and letting us know what's going on, it would ease the pain of playing it temporarily.

II honestly will not stop playing this game anytime soon, though with other games coming out this will change. I am just tired mainly of the hit detection and the constant bad drop rates of Legendary items. I get it, they are called that for a reason but to have people invest millions of coins into this and nothing is disheartening. It's looking like the Supply Drops in Black Ops III (which I blame Activision for but thats for another day). Worry less about the mobile game, worry more about the multi-platform game, and tell us that you still care about us. Free DLC and coupons to a yogurt place that some can't access isn't helping.

I totally agree its very frustrating waiting for patches to fix the balance and bugs with no information on when. I too will be moving "backwards" to GW1 where the play was very fun and balanced.

I feel exactly the same way. I'm almost level 12:01 and I still don't have a legendary character. I get kicked off regularly because of ea's stupid servers and can't reconnect for days then when I do get back on my xp meter is dead. This game has so many problems and it is so disappointing considering PVZ1 was just the best game.
I find that I'm simply playing because I'm a huge fan of the game not because I actually enjoy the game.

My opinion:

1- I have to play the tutorial with Sunflower every single time I put the game...
2- I HATE, HATE the cosmetics silver, golden, jewellery etc etc.. WTF
3- Where's the BLING packs to get the stickers from item 2 (I don't want this items, only when there's nothing more to get)???
4- Game unbalanced (there is so many topics here.. I won't explain)
5- I play Infinity Time to get some cosmetics and all I can get for play almost an hour is alms of coins... (Luck of me to get the legendary charaters before they patched)
6- Legendary characters in packs is IMPOSSIBLE! I spent more than 25 millions coins (only playing this game) and all I have is 1 part of disco chomper and 2 hats!!! WTF
7- The silence of PopCap and EA is a shame
8- They ask us 3 characters need to be nerfed/buffed of each side, BUT if is there more charactes needing to be nerfed/buffed

Just my simple view, I may fogot something, but in general is that.
