PS4 preorder bonuses

I preordered this game simply to get the exclusive customization items. I can't figure out how to get them though. I've been playing since the game went live and some people are already sporting this cool gear. Please help me by telling me how to get it!

Have you checked in the sticker shop ? The preorder bonuses are in the "Open Me!" packs, that are free.

When I started the game I got those but there weren't any of the preorder stuff

Means click on the link to submit a support ticket to EA and someone from support will look into your issue.
