PS4 PVZ GW 2 Town hall doors won't open

There seems to be an issue with the Town hall not opening even though the event is working and active on Xbox One and possibly PC. I would like to find a solution to this problem as of right now the ...

    Problem fixed. Town hall, rux and other live events are available again on ps4

@Dragonangles It's not affecting PC users either, you're correct. 

Can I check what region you're in?

    Thanks. From looking around i've seen a few EU folks affected too, so it's not just regional from what I can see.
