purchased a coin pack and they never got added to my account

ive seen a couple other posts about this, a few days ago i bought the twilight chomper pack and the 19.99$ 630,000 coin pack through the EA application, i got the chomper skin and the cosmetics, all of the stars and rainbow stars from the midnight snack pack, but i never got any of the coins, i sent an email to contact_eahelp and ive yet to get a response back, i just want my money back or my coins added to my profile
