Purchased Coins on Garden Warfare on PC and didn't get them

I purchased $1.99 coin pack and I never got them. I was charged for it and it says that it was delievered and never got anything. Please help.

    Where can I contact them because I waited in a chat room for an hour then another time for 30 mins.

      The only contact method you have is chat? There's no "Other contact method" for them to call you?
