Pvs bfn does not start

I played 3 years ago, everything was fine. I decided to come back recently and have been struggling with the launch for 3 days in a row.
The methods I've tried:
1) All folders and username are english
2) All drivers is updated
3) Reinstalled and ran everything as an administrator.
4) Launched directly from the EA app
5) Changed the user
6) Reinstalled and played with EAAntiCheatInstaller, manually reconfigured manually downloaded and what is in the game folder.

None of this helped. A few points that might help:
1) The game just won't start. A splash screen appears on startup and crashes after 10-15 seconds.
2) If you delete all the EAAntiCheat files, the game starts, but it does not allow you to connect to the servers.
Is there any solution to this problem?
The game was purchased in steam, in the deluxe edition.
By the way, steam finds 3 missing files when checking the integrity of files, and deletes them when reinstalling the anti-cheat.
(total 180 files, 38 folders, and then 177 files, 38 folders)
UPD: it doesn't issue any errors, it just throws it into the ea app.
