PvZ 1 Error "FATAL ERROR" Problem

Hi, EA's technical support team has told me to post my problem in the forum so they can help me and in turn investigate a solution to my problem.

What happens to me is that when I want to open the pvz I get an error called "FATAL ERROR" and this opens many windows of the same and never finish loading, and does not open the game just generates several errors together.

I hope you can help me and if someone else has this problem that the solution you give me also help me. Regards
