Pvz 2 character import

So my Xbox one and my Xbox 360 are both under the same Xbox live account, and my Xbox live account is connected with Origin. But in pvz 2 in the mailbox the character import thing isn’t there. Is there a bug or did I not do something right?

    The deadline for this has passed unfortunately, you cannot transfer characters from PS3, Xbox 360, etc.
