Also, when you cleared the Cache, did you use these steps?

 I know this is a bot answer, but yes, I tried everything you've mentioned and it didn't help me.

we will refraim from makeing a post about the same issue if you guys can refraim from not * doin nothing about the issue damit iv allready ben threw ea help and support they didnt do nothing for me and im haveing this issue wiht both dam games if you guys dont wuna fix your games then dont sell them cause thats scaming for * sakes. come on.. its like i gota open a dam court case or some * to get support from * ea every dam time. its like a full time job to get any dam help for a issue for any ea game .-.
