PvZ Battle for Neighourville keeps crashing on startup

Hey there, 

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems launching the game. I see that you mentioned there's no error message after the crash. Since there's no error message, could you please share a DxDiag? That might give us a better idea of what's causing this.
