PvZ BfN crashes on loading screen

Guys i need help, I played BfN previously, but now when i want to run it, its crashing. Game loads properly, but then suddently crashes.

There are a few steps you can try:

1. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

2. Run Origin as Administrator

3. Close Background Apps: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin/

4. Uninstall / Reinstall Origin: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin

5. Uninstall / Reinstall Battle for Neighborville

    soooo i just got PVZ BFN yesterday and its not launching so when i launch the game it seems that it had worked but it crashes on the loading screen and opens back up the EA app... idk what to do ive tried everything please help
