PvZ BFN Glitch with upgrades

In what game mode did the bug occur? Main Hub
Summarize your bug When I promoted my night cap to advanced, I did not get my upgrades for it, when I promoted it to specialist, I got the upgrades, I want this fixed as I want spore-ratic in my final build for night cap
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Test what happens when you promote your characters, sometimes, you do not get the upgrades, I think it happened because before I got the packets giving me the upgrade, it just crashed and I had to relog
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)

Happened when I promoted and then crashed, I gave clear coating but I don’t have spore-ratic

    My namertag is RedHxze, i play on ps4 and i'm missing the fast forward upgrade for TV Head

    hey i know its been some years but i too have the same problem with my wizard, ive promoted them tospecialsit and since then to elite and im yet to get wand wammo and elder alchemist, i play on pc, i tried submitting a ticket but i ended up being sent to treads that have dealt with it befoure so i could fix it, and ended up on this, so if you could help that would be mutch apretiated
