Went to rux and still wasn’t there

Sorry to hear this isn't working.
Highlight Battle for Neighborville on the Home Screen, go to Manage Game, and make sure the Deluxe Edition add-on is installed.
Once this is done, your Items should appear at Rux.

Sorry I didn’t get back sooner I hade to let my brother play GW2 but I tried that and it still didn’t work
Sorry to hear that didn't work for you.
Did you try clearing your MAC Address, and doing a hard reset on your Console?
Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear.
Then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.
Let us know if this works for you.

@PierceBoys8502 Hi, does the Deluxe Edition upgrade show up in your add-ons? Also can I check the account you're using is the one that made the purchase?

Thank you. Can You try the following steps and see if that has any effect?
Open the Xbox menu then go to Settings > Disc & Blu-Ray, then "Persistent storage", then choose to clear it, does anything change? Will that delete any of my game data?(I just mastered peashooter.)
