PVZ Garden Warfare 2 doesn't load multiplayer

Hi, I have a big problem, yesterday I bought this gameand I've only been able to play once, at the beggining I went into matches with no one inside, so I played the ops,later I managed to get into a match with people and I was able to play it but when I tried to get into another match it just stays at the black loading screen with the daisy spinning and the computer starts making a very loud noise, when I opened the task manager it said the game used approximately 70% of CPU's total capacity, I've tried waiting, shutting down the PC, opening the game as an administrator, delete RAM's cache memory... But anything worked. Can Anyone tell me what might be happening?

MY PC HAS:

DirectX 12

Windows 10 64-bit

Intel Core i7 4790

1 TB SSD with more than 500 GB free (After installing the game)

NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 745 4GB

12 GB RAM

    I am really sorry for those issues with the game. From your description is looks like you`ve encountered some connection related issue. Can you check this article here on how to fix your connection, and let us know the outcome? Keep us updated on this.

    Hi Archi, I've tried to do what the article said but I wasn't lucky and it didn't work, I've also tried repairing the game with the origin tool and it hasn't work... Now I receive a message that claims I've lost connection to the game and it takes me out of the portal I don't know what else can I do...
    Any idea?


    P.D. I'm using a Wi-Fi connection, do you think a plc with Ethernet would work?
