The R5s are all well below the original minimum HD 5750 Radeon, and the amended minimum HD 7730, and the CPU is quite slow.

If that is a desktop PC, you have the display attached to the wrong video port, which you will need to correct after replacing the CPU and GPU. Laptops do not accept those upgrades and must be replaced entirely.
