Try forcing the AMD card to run PvZ2:GW.EXE:
http://help.ea.com/en/article/setting-up-a-graphics-card-gaming-profile/
You have menu options in Catalyst drivers for: "Switchable Graphics" or "Hybrid Graphics"
Make sure you are running in High-Performance mode for PvZ2.

The Intel drivers also have newer versions available.

Now try forcing the M330 again in Switchable Graphics.
No? Try forcing the Intel HD5500. Does the error message change when this is done?

Do not run anything in the background, especially overlay programs. Kill programs if need.

Once in the game (if you can), set every setting to the Lowest options // Off.
Reduce resolution.
If it's very choppy gameplay at this point, it probably won't play and you should play on a different computer or seek a refund if possible.
There are some further tweaks you can do but they won't have night/day impacts.
