The problem is that our requests are at the bottom of the forum so community administrators may not see them.
It's a great idea to defend EA with a weak reason. Maybe you could also add that it would be best to pay them extra to address the issues?
I'm not defending EA, but I'm saying we need to put more pressure on them to get our accounts back to normal. I'm just a regular player, and EA is the main cause of the problem, not the hackers! And don't forget, my account has been banned too! (Are you also experiencing the same problem?)
