Pvz garden warfare 2 not loading

For years now I haven’t been able to access garden warfare 2 on my account. Whenever I try to load it I’m stuck on the loading screen indefinitely. I have tried uninstalling it multiple times but it doesn’t work. It works on every other account on my Xbox but mine. How could I fix this? Played on Xbox series S
