After talking with a EA Rep i was told it was pulled from vault.

There terms and conditions (which i read) said that they reserve the right to remove games *with* 30 days prior notice. I bought EA Acess about 6 hours ago, i was advertised the PvZ GW game as a playable feature and never even got to play it. I call foul. They must have said 5 days after it came out in some fine print somewhere that it was going to be removed in 30 days...

Ya it came back.  Im on the phone looking into it right this moment 🙂

I have the same error message today. How can i solve it? Is the game removed from vault?  I checked the vault and did not see this game in it. I had ea subscription for my son especially for this game. I also did not see any 30 day notice anywhere that this game will be removed. 

This seems to be a xboxlive issue. PvZ:GW is gone again along with a couple of my other games like Far Cry 4. hopefully microsoft will get the issue sorted out soon.

It was not removed, and as Jenni has stated she's investigating why it's gone and inaccessable.

It reappeared in my start menu and It is now working. Thanks.
