I go into a multiplayer match and raise a couple of levels there.After the match ends, I go out to the lobby and see that my character has the same level as when entering the portal, that is, the experience for the match was not counted.Although in the match itself my level increases and I am given XP.Because of this, I have already lost 25 levels in total.What should I do about this?

when i leave a match my character gets lower level than before. I played turf takeover got arctic trooper to max but when i joined backyard he was lvl 7.

same problem, i even contacted support and all they said was to reinstall the game which of course did not help. This problem probably comes from their servers, but i doubt they will do anything as it is a game from 2016, even though it reached new peaks these days.

Hey i tried what you requested, however i got the same results, after the match i have played my engineer went back to lvl 1.5, even though in the match i got him up to lvl 4.5. Restart gave me back the levels however it only happens when at the start there is a bug where i am the last plant i have picked in the zombie hub and after 1-2 seconds it puts me into the character select screen for the zombies side. -Steam -bf4l3g3nd, steam id: cooldeath -Windows 10 Home, version 22H2 -NVidia RTX 3070, driver 560.70 -Romania -internal drive -SSD -issue started 26th july, it still happens -no other errors except the ones i mentioned

Every single time--without fail--that I leave a multiplayer match in Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2, at least one of my characters does not retain any XP I earned on them during gameplay. For example: I got my Iron Citron to level 10, left the match and returned home to promote him, only to find that he was back at level 5. However, my Centurion--whom I had also played during the match--maintained all of his XP. I didn't think this was a huge deal at first, but after grinding my Iron Citron to level 10 THREE TIMES, I have decided to ask around and see if anyone else has a similar issue. If you happen to know of any solutions, please let me know. I'm getting pretty tired of earning XP, just to have it removed as soon as I return home.

I'm having the same problem when I'm playing with my friends and I'm also running into another one. I ascended two of my characters to specialist and for some reason when I try to level them up it says that I "leveled -1" and puts me to level 0. And that has turned into an infinite loop of trying to level up to level 1 and just keep getting reset to 0. Any solutions on that second problem? I saw the "trying to make an update" for the first one but haven't found anything for the second problem.
PD: Specialist or higher promotion characters never start at level 0, they start at level 1.

Hi @bf4l3g3nd, afraid not. There isnt a tool for that that support has. With the server issues right now, once that updates and everyone is back in the game and restored as normal, we would take any issues after that from there.

Hi @MrcBowser, at the moment no there is not a solution that players can perform on their end as it is on the server side. Not the players side.

I have spoken with support and he told me to try and post on larger forums to get some replies. I have lost progress in PVZ GW2 I lost an upgrade for the Z7 Imp and have gone through almost all other options. I play on PC and the character is mastered.

Hello, when I played as a scientist in garden ops (chemist), I got an improved weapon-more bullets. But to my surprise, I did not find any upgrade in the booth. I thought it was a visual bug, but after the next time I entered the game, my chemist became level 0! (0 silver level, before that I did promote) What could it be? Will this affect my future maximum rank? when I got the 5th level of silver, I was given an upgrade-reload, but now it has already appeared in my booth

@TTVBaldman2277 I have the same thing on a number of the characters that I have gotten to Master. As of now, I don't think there's any fix. However, I do know that the missing upgrade is typically Health Regeneration--earned at Specialist level 5.

@EA_Shepard I no longer experience the issue where my character XP does not save when leaving a multiplayer match. However, I do wonder why some of my characters at Master have 7/8 upgrades. Do you happen to have any information on this bug and whether a fix may be coming soon?

my sky tooper and tank commander (both are mastered) dont have the last upgrade? whats weird is I have used sky troopers last upgrade before so idk why its just gone. if anyone has any answers please let me know
