PVZ GW Cannot login/register new account/connecting issus

i bought the game brand new in Target 2 days ago, 

and i was trying to play spilt screen in xbox one with my friend.

then i ran into issus that i cannot connect to the server 

it asked me to register the new account at the first time, and i went through all the details( password, security question etc.)

and until the last step, i clicked next, the buttom dimmed, and nothing happened.

then i skipped this step by registering my account from a pc, and login directly when i get into the screen.

BUT still no luck, it is still stuck on the screen where the "NEXT" button dimmed. 

How can i solve this ?
