PvZ GW Xbox 360 - 'Skip Challenge Stars'

I have been playing this game for a while now, and since PvZ's 6th birthday gift to all players of '100 Skip Challenge Stars', I have still not received them. My friends said they received them back in May and I'm feeling quite disappointed. I contact EA Chat Support and was told to make this Post on the Forums, so here I am. Please respond if you know what I can do from here.

    @GalaxyThunder thanks for your feedback I will pass it on to the studio. We are unfortunately not able to grant you the gift or any other items, as we are a public and community driven board. Have you already tried to clear your console cache?

    To get sure that no corrupt data causing your issue, you should clear your cache:

    1. From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
    2. Select System Settings.
    3. Select Storage.
    4. Highlight Hard Drive Device.
    5. Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
    6. Reboot your console.
