Are you still getting the issue where you are asked to sign in even though you already are? Could you let us know what your PSN IDs are so we can look into this further?

I just bought pvz gw2 5 days ago and had this problem once but turning my ps4 off and on worked. But today I got the problem again and nothing Is working I've restarted, sign out off playstation network and signed back in, I've restored my playstation network liscene and it still doesn't work, if nothing changes I am going to return this game

Plx help me!

    Hi,

    I changed the mtu 1473 and changed the DNS to Google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and give back to work.
