I contact support and everything still getting this error 7 hrs in last thing i remember is i spammed leave splitscreen and im softlocked out of game may not be cause of it though my ign is NinjaGotsLigma my platform is ps4 and am currently sadness
sent messages to ea people still nothing i will try other thing ingame to fix the softlock untill then :[
Every time I start the game it loads for a couple minutes then goes back to the loading screen and gives me the error saying you have lost connection to ea servers
I've had the same problem, it has everything to do with the player data and the EA servers, it has nothing to do with you, EA insists its not them but I have the same problem, until EA gets off their behinds and will reset your data to how it was im afraid there is nothing you can do, something with your account had corrupted in the servers. I am sorry to say that if EA refuses to help, you are screwed.
