PvZ GW2 Multiplayer Permission Error

This keeps happening to me too (cm edit removed from necro post)

Same error. "Multiplayer Error: You or a member of your group does not have the permissions to access online features." 

All possible procedures have been done on my end. Clearly an internal problem with the EA account and support is unable to resolve it, suggesting consulting the community.
