PvZ GW2 Won't launch

@Total_Potato66 Hey, do you get any error message? Can you check the reliability monitor for a crash report? You can see this by opening the search and typing "view reliability history" and clicking the appropriate option. 

Also can I check when exactly it crashes? Do you get a black screen, or any loading icons?

Yeah, I have a similar problem.

I try launching the game and an error message pops up that says. DirectX function "m_output->FindClosestMatchingMode(&matchMode,&m_outputMode, m_renderer->getDxgiDevice() failed with DXGI_ERROR_NOT_CURRENTLY_AVALIABLE(The Requested functionality is not supported by the device or the driver. ") 

 Is there any way I can fix it?

I don't have any error messages pop up at all, the screen just stays the same, and pvz can be seen for a brief few seconds in task manager before disappearing.

Hmm.... Weird... Yeah for me the app opens up, freezes and then an error message pops up. and then the app closes.

@eythan64 Hey, can you post your dxdiag details?

@Total_Potato66 Thanks for the extra info, can you check the "view reliability history" section and see if that tracks the shutdown after the game fails to start?

I have a critical event with this game.

And the summary says "Stopped working" even when its loading the game

@KilllTheChildren Can you copy the crash report? Also if you can add your dxdiag that may help.
